The Invitational features two main components. The Elite 4 Championship, and our newest addition, the High School Showcase.

ELITE 4
Four Elite teams will compete in a 4-game winner takes all tournament. Games are called under Fédération Internationale de Basketball (FIBA) rules. Teams will participate in a matchup on Game Day 1, where the winner advances to the Championship Game. The other two teams will play in a Classification Game on Day 2. International game duration regulations are applied.

High School Showcase
Two (2) of the best Senior High School teams will compete in a high stakes showcase. The games will be officiated using international best practice on safeguarding for high school student athletes. The victors will be crowned the High School Showcase Champs of the National Basketball Invitational.

The Invitational’s commitment to quality is two fold: the nature of our production and the strength of invited teams.
